About
Meet Anita
Prior to becoming a family lawyer, Anita began her career as an in-house lawyer for various companies. Following the establishment of her own law firm in 2010, she has focused her work on private international law. She soon found the ideal place for her skills and passion in family law.
With a special focus on cross-border cases, Anita has now been practising family law in Budapest for over 14 years.
Aware of the potential impact that litigation could have on her clients and their families, she was motivated to pursue mediation training in order to provide them with more comprehensive and effective support. As a registered mediator with the Ministry of Justice, she supports clients to strengthen relationships and find a constructive way forward. She has completed the Academy of European Law (ERA) training in mediation in cross-border family matters in 2023.
Anita is co-author of the Careful Child Relocation team, which provides reliable information on how to ensure the best interests of the child during migration and divorce, and she is a supporting member of the Academy of European Law (ERA).
When she’s not at work, Anita enjoys dancing, horse riding and cooking.
